RULES & REGULATIONS
Welcome to Pillar Point RV Park. In an effort to assist you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, the following Rules and Regulations (R&R) must be complied with. Guest of Pillar Point RV Park, upon executing the registration card, acknowledges receipt of and accepts to comply with the R&Rs in their entirety. Once again, we sincerely welcome you to our RV Park and look forward to your stay.
Check-In: between 12-8pm, Check-out: by 12noon.When vacating, guest must remove all personal property including passenger vehicles, by 12 noon. Passenger vehicles left at the RV PARK after 12 noon may be towed and always at owner’s expense.
A. All vehicles entering the RV Park must register at the office.
B. The overnight rate includes up to four (4) people. An additional charge of $2 per person will apply, up to a maximum per site guest occupancy of six (6).
C. The monthly rate includes two (2) adults and one (1) tow vehicle.
D. Absolutely no Sub-Leasing is allowed.
E. Rates are subject to change without notice.
F. All fees must be paid in advance. Nonpayment of space fees will lead to immediate eviction. Owners and/or Management reserve the right to evict anyone from the premises for disruptive conduct and/or for violating any of the R&Rs. All Credit Card Reservations require a 4 day cancellation minimum in order to receive full credit.
G. Rvs must bear an insignia of approval with registry number and manufacturer’s date. RVs must be in compliance with State standards.
H. RVs with damage to the exterior unit, including but not limited to, broken windows,dents,rust,exposed wiring, missing panels, repairs using tape, tarps or other unsightly appearance is not suited for this RV Park and may be denied entrance into this Park. One RV is allowed on each RV site. (To be considered an RV your unit must be self contained for bath and shower facilities and must be equipped for sleeping).
I. Camper shells must remain attached to the vehicle.
J. No tents or sleeping outside RVs allowed.
K. Sewer connection must be equipped with proper fittings at both ends. All waste water (including gray water from showers and sinks) must be retained in holding tanks or fed into sewer lines. The spilling, dumping or other discharge onto the ground of any water or waste, including but not limited to human or animal, is prohibited by law.
L. Site cleanliness is required for aesthetic, sanitary and safety purposes. Trash must be bagged and placed in trash bins located in the rear of the park at the Garbage area. Clotheslines are not permitted strung between RV sites, trees, etc. Items which are prohibited on RV sites included but not limited to: all terrain vehicles (ATVs), commercial trucks, boats, trash or excessive fire wood, etc. PPRVP management at its sole discretion will determine if a violation exists.
M. All allowable property must strictly be confined to an assigned site. Absolutely no parking is allowed in empty sites or in the over flow area. Vehicles may be towed and always at owners expense.
N. Fires may only be built inside of metal fire pits with covers and attended by adults at all times.
O. Hose washing, rinsing, extensive mechanical maintenance and fluid changes are prohibited. Guest using outside vendors must get approval from PPRVP management before any work can be performed on their RVs within the Park.
P. Quite hours are from 10pm to 8pm.Please keep noise level down during these hours.
Q. Speed limited is 5MPH and will be enforced.
R. You are responsible for the conduct of your visitors. Please ensure they are familiar with all of our R&Rs before entering the Park.
S. There is a limit of two (2) dogs per site. No pit bulls, Rottweillers, Doberman pinchers or any other mix with these breeds.
T. There is no charge for cats however they must remain inside the RV at all times.
U. Proof of rabies inoculation and a valid license are required for all dogs
V. Pets must be contained or restrained on a leash less than six (6) feet at all times.
W. Pets may not be left alone unattended outdoors at anytime. If a pet is deemed dangerous or loud, you and your pet may be requested to leave the premise.
X. Droppings and accidental waste from pets must be picked up immediately by pet owner.
Y. Pillar Point RV Park assumes no responsibility for any damage to or loss of personnel possessions, vehicles, property, or injury to any occupant or guest of the Park.
Z. Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times.
AA. We cannot emphasize enough, the necessity for all guest to comply with the R&R, Your cooperation assists to ensure all guest enjoy their experience at our fine RV Park.
BB. If you experience a problem with our facilities or the conduct of other guest, please report it as soon as it occurs so that we may assist.
CC. Regarding motorcycles, there will be no starting or riding in the RV Park area. They must be pushed to the parking lot area, and then started to be road off.
